This website and its content (books, merch, designs, images, etc.) are owned by me, the author of My Gothic Roommate. Please don’t steal, resell, or misuse them. Sharing the site with friends, however, is always encouraged 🖤

Purchases

When you place an order through the site:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information (like your name, shipping address, and payment details).

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once an item is shipped, I’m not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your order! That said:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was mine.
