Refund Policy

I want you to absolutely love your order—whether it’s the book itself or a piece of merch from the shop. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how refunds and returns work.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact me through the Contact Page with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items (such as signed/dedicated books) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital products (like ebooks, downloadable content, or digital extras) are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? If available, I’m happy to offer exchanges. Just send me a note through the Contact Page and we’ll work it out.
Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error (wrong item, defective, etc.).

If your order arrived damaged, please include a photo when contacting me so I can make things right quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase—after that, your order may already be in processing.
